About The Founder

Sheena Christensen holds an MSc in Health and Nutrition from Copenhagen University. With experience in food sales and tastings within the whole foods sector, she has developed a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. She has received recognition for outstanding sales performance in the food industry, showcasing her expertise in driving revenue for businesses in this space, as well as creating meaningful customer experiences.

Beyond sales, Sheena has contributed to impactful research, including designing a nutrition pilot study on food fortification (E’pap) and conducting a sensory meal study on consumer perceptions and preferences.
